We seek to use alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) processes whenever possible to serve the needs of our clients. Traditional ADR methods include mediation and arbitration. Both mediation and arbitration are private dispute resolution mechanisms, and can be particularly effective if confidentiality is a concern in the dispute resolution process.

We have participated in literally hundreds of mediations and arbitrations in all practice areas. In addition, our partners have also been selected as mediators to facilitate the resolution of a variety of personal injury, business disputes, commercial litigation, labor and employment, product liability and other matters.
